This Painted Fish by Eireann Tinkoff, Form I, focuses on the use of Primary Colours. The bright colours are very attractive and the brushstrokes in the background help to convey the sense of movement in the fish.
Nicloa Dalrymple, Form I (see below) has used black strong outlines in her composition which is reminiscent of the work of Paul Gauguin. Gauguin's paintings in Tahiti used Primary Colours and dark outlines.
